研究兴趣:

主要从事拓扑、超导等量子材料体系的新材料探索,单晶生长和相关输运性质研究,其中在单晶生长方面比较有特色。

1、狄拉克半金属、外尔半金属等拓扑量子材料的单晶生长和输运性质研究

2、铁基超导体单晶生长和输运性质研究

3、新型无机功能材料探索

4、低温强磁场下输运性质测量


主要研究成果:
