Thesan is the top product of Fattoria Coliberto. made with a selection of the best grapes, the wine spend 12 to 14 months in new barriques. Well structured wine, deep ruby red in color, with fine and gentle bouquet, sweetly herbaceous, with notes of cherries, black pepper and chocolate. Great body, with elegant harmonious and truly persistent structure. Ideal with red meat, game and savory, aged cheese.

Laran is the estate's precious Monteregio DOC red wine made with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The color is intense ruby red, has fine bouquet with red berry notes. Great body and elegant, harmonious, truly persistent structure. The well balanced tannins combined with the fine bouquet produce a long lasting fruity aftertaste. Ideal with red and white meat, aged cheeses. |

Fermented and aged in barriques method battonage (same procedure as red wine). Variegated and complex, with aroma of ripe peaches and apricot that open up to spices, with vanilla contrasting light tobacco and toasted wood perfumes. Good structure. Ideal with white meat and shellfish.
