Comments: The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Canneta is made with grapes from vineyards grown at 400 meters (around 1312 feet) of elevation.

The wine ages for at least five years, three of which are spent in oak barrels, before being released into the market. The color is intense ruby red, and to the nose it hints at ripe fruits. To the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with light tannins. It pairs perfectly to noble venison, rich, elaborate recipes, and aged cheeses.

Comments: As it is for the regular version, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva Canneta is obtained from grapes grown in vineyards cultivated at 400 meters (around 1,312 feet) of elevation. The difference is in the fact that the Riserva version refines for an extra 12 months, compared to the regular version, which ages for at least five years, three of which are spent in oak barrels, before the first bottles leave the winery cellar.

The color is intense ruby red, and releases hints of ripe fruits to the nose. In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, with light tannins. It pairs perfectly to noble venison, rich, elaborate recipes, and aged cheeses. Excellent as well as meditation wine, possibly paired with quality dark chocolate, or, for the serious smoker, with a handmade cigar.

Ruby red in color, this wine has an intensely winey perfume. To the palate it is dry yet delicate. It pairs well with roasted or grilled meat and, of course, with typical Tuscan fare. Serve at 18°-20°C. (64.4°-68°F.)

Comments: This is the base Chianti produced by the estate, and it is made with a blend of Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo Nero (10%) and Colorino (10%) grapes cultivated in the DOCG wine zone of the Colli Fiorentini (Florence Hills), south of Florence.

The color is ruby red and to the nose it has fruity notes. In the mouth it is dry and slightly tannic. Served at 18°-20°C. (64.4°-68°F.) this is the typical easy drinking, whole meal wine.

To the nose it is winey and fruity, the flavor is harmonious, dry, and slightly tannic.

Made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes cultivated in the Podere Spicchiello (Spicchiello Farm), in the Colli Fiorentini (Florence Hills) wine zone, this wine ages for two years in the wine cellar, one of which in barriques.

The color is intense ruby red, and the perfume is full, majestic, persistent and harmonious. To the palate it is broad and velvety, with medium tannins. Serve at 18°-20°C. (64.4°-68°F.)

The color is deep ruby red, and gives off typical notes of fruits and flowers to the nose. Dry and elegant, it is ideal paired with medium structured dishes, such as risotto and white meat based recipes.

Serve at 18°-20°C. (64.4°-68°F.)

Comments: This traditional dessert wine renowned all over the world, it is made with Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes cultivated in the Colli Fiorentini (Florence Hills) wine zone, south of Florence.

Once harvested, the grapes are laid to wither upon special mats. After crushing, the juice ferments and ages for four years in oak or chestnut caratelli (type of barrel).

The color is amber yellow and its perfume is ethereal and intense. This harmonious, velvety and sweet wine is excellent at the end of the meal, with dessert or the typical Tuscan biscotti known as Cantucci.
