Made with grapes produced from a very ancient vine native of Bagnacavallo and the Romagna plain, which takes its name from Antonio Longanesi, nicknamed Bursòn, who discovered this grape variety in his vineyard and saved it from extinction.
The color is intense ruby red, clear and consistent, with good legs and density. During the olfactory analysis, a complex perfume of wild berries, cocoa and liquorice stands out, ending with balsamic persistence. To the palate it is soft, warm, harmonic, with tannins and toasted notes well rounded and balanced. The finish is persistent and velvety.
Suggested pairings include tagliatelle with wild game sauce, tender beef stew, lamb with potatoes, Romagna-style grille, roast beef, pork cheek cooked with Bursòn wine, and pheasant breast, but also with cold cuts such as Tuscan finocchiona. |

Made with grapes produced from a very ancient vine native of Bagnacavallo and the Romagna plain, which takes its name from Antonio Longanesi, nicknamed Bursòn, who discovered this grape variety in his vineyard and saved it from extinction.
The color is ruby red, consistent and clear. To the nose it presents intense fruity, floral, and herbaceous aromas with strong scent of cherries, plums and light balsamic notes of aromatic herbs and liquorice. To the palate it reveals excellent acidity, with pleasant tannins sustained by adequate softness. A wine with a good balance, notable persistence and a pleasant bitterish finish.
It pairs pleasantly with a wide range of hearty, flavorful recipes, from grilled smoked scamorza cheese, to pappardelle with rabbit sauce, from turkey thigh peasant style to wild boar stew. |

A very dark garnet red dessert wine with strong, dense legs, made with Malbo Gentile grapes.
The olfactory profile is intense, with notes of plum jam and light notes of coffee and amaretto. In the mouth it opens with sweet, warm, soft sensations, then the tannins emerge and are responsible for the pleasant bitterish aftertaste.
To be served at the end of the meal paired with soft, creamy and chocolaty desserts, such as Bignè with Cream in Chocolate Sauce, or Tenerina Ferrarese (typical chocolate cake from Ferrara). Excellent also as meditation wine with quality chocolate. |
