Made with Sangiovese and a small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, this wine is vinified in large vats, following the traditional local winemaking. After the malolactic fermentation, in January the wine is decanted into French oak barriques where it matures for around 16 months before being bottled.
The color is an intense crimson red with garnet highlights. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with excellent balance between tannins and acidity. This is a wine which can be aged for many years in the bottle. Excellent with grilled meat, T-bone steaks and aged cheeses. |

A blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes vinified in large glass-coated cement vats for about 12 months, it is then decanted into barriques where it refines before bottling.
The color is intense ruby red with dark highlights. To the palate it is soft and velvety, almost round. An easy drinkable wine which pairs with the whole meal. |

Made with 70% Malvasia and 30% Trebbiano grapes, by selecting the best bunches and hanging them to wither for a month in a dry room. After being pressed, the juice ages for at least three years in small 50-liter (around 13 gallons) cypress barrels called caratelli, which are then sealed with cement and kept in place subject to continuous wide temperature excursion, which facilitates the creation of the typical Vin Santo perfume and flavor.
The color is amber yellow with golden reflections. To the palate it is sweet, dry and lightly alcoholic. Excellent served at the end of the meal with baked goods, in particular the typical Tuscan biscotti known as cantucci or cantuccini. |

Delicately sweet extra virgin olive oil made with Frantoio and Leccino olive varieties mixed in equal parts. To the palate it has a pleasant, slightly bitter taste of ripe artichoke. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed cold.
The color is brilliant green and the oil has an intense perfume of olives. |
