Our Services
Italian Flavor Consortium is part of WineCountry.IT Network, and was created to expand the range of services offered to small and medium-sized Italian quality wine and typical regional food producers.
In addition to continuing our informative work on Italian wines and specialty foods via Internet, featuring articles about technology advances and the latest marketing trends related to the industry, with Italian Flavor Consortium our Network now steps into a different dimension.
The Consortium brings together and organizes small and medium-sized Italian certified producers and helps them bring their products to the international markets, starting from the United States.
The Italian Flavor Forum XI, planned for June 22, 2009, at the Museo ItaloAmericano, at the Fort Mason Center, in San Francisco, California, is part of the recurring informational wholesale market events dedicated exclusively to importers, distributors, licensed retailers and restaurants. These events feature exclusively quality Italian wine and food.
The goal is to provide information about the hundreds of Italian quality wines, but at the same time, to make those sometimes limited production wines and specialty foods, mostly produced by small, often family-run commercial operations, readily available for taste and order. This is because at each event we will have a guaranteed amount of the products being introduced, earmarked for the US market.
